Inspiration behind Maison Verum –––––––––––––– I built Maison Verum for clients who value aesthetic vision, discretion, and absolute reliability in the execution of real estate projects. ​ For over ten years, I have worked with private clients, family offices, and internationally minded owners on high-end residential renovations and real estate projects, including my own property investments. I bring owners refined practical experience in realizing their vision for a home, supported by a strong sense of quality, sound economic judgment, and a trusted, quality-driven network of craftsmen and partners. Before founding Maison Verum, I worked at a major global real estate firm in private equity. There, I worked directly with international institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and HNWIs, contributing to capital-raising and project work for iconic real estate developments across major global cities. Who I am today has been shaped by the cities in which I was privileged to live, study, and work: Moscow, New York, Shanghai, and now Frankfurt. Moving across these worlds taught me cultural sensitivity, strong communication, an appreciation for different ways of living and thinking, and the ability to navigate complexity in international environments. I hold a Financial Advisor certification from the Real Estate Management Institute of European Business School, as well as an MBA from Goethe University. While living in New York City, I pursued further education at Sotheby’s Institute of Art and supported a pioneering nonprofit organization working at the intersection of visual art and healthcare - an experience that helped shape the aesthetic perspective I bring to my work.
